What is the role?

As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will support EnduroSat's commercial goals by working closely with our commercial team to draft and negotiate contracts and prepare key legal documents. You’ll provide legal advice across various company functions, ensuring legal standards are met in all business activities. Working closely with the Chief of Legal & Regulatory Compliance, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s legal strategy.

Some of your daily tasks will include:

• Collaborate with the commercial department to meet strategic objectives.
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Prepare legal documents (agreements, applications, statements, etc.) to support EnduroSat's core business.
• Provide comprehensive legal advice across all company sectors.
• Stay updated on how new regulations will affect EnduroSat’s products and services.

What Do We Look For?

• Master’s degree in law with over 5 years of professional experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Desire to stay current on legal trends in the Telecommunications and Space sectors.
