What is the role?
EnduroSat is seeking a Salesforce Integration Specialist to join our dynamic team. As such, you will be responsible for integrating, developing, and maintaining custom applications on the Salesforce platform and integrating Salesforce applications with other systems at a company level. You will work closely with business stakeholders from our sales and technical teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions that drive business success. This role requires expertise in Salesforce development, architecture, and integration, along with a strong understanding of business processes and requirements.

What is the role?
EnduroSat is seeking a Salesforce Integration Specialist to join our dynamic team. As such, you will be responsible for integrating, developing, and maintaining custom applications on the Salesforce platform and integrating Salesforce applications with other systems at a company level. You will work closely with business stakeholders from our sales and technical teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions that drive business success. This role requires expertise in Salesforce development, architecture, and integration, along with a strong understanding of business processes and requirements.
Some of your daily tasks will include:
- Respond to support tickets related to Salesforce issues (e.g., login issues, data entry problems, report troubleshooting)
- Assist users (sales and business development, finance, legal, technical teams) with system-related questions
- Provide quick training or guidance on Salesforce best practices when needed
- Monitor and resolve data inconsistencies, such as missing or duplicate leads, accounts, and opportunities
- Ensure data integrity related to customer accounts, contacts, contracts, and space mission project records
- Verify that automated workflows (Approval Processes, Process Builder, Lightning Flows) are running correctly
- Generate and maintain operational reports for business leadership (e.g., pipeline reports, contract tracking, revenue forecasting) and assist teams in creating custom reports and dashboards tailored to their needs
- Monitor and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external tools (such as Jira, MS Sharepoint, Dealfront, etc.)
- Identify areas where Salesforce configuration can be improved to enhance productivity and modify page layouts, fields, or record types to optimize user experience
- Maintain pricing data, quoting, and proposal generation processes in Salesforce
- Work closely with sales, finance, operations, and engineering teams to ensure Salesforce is supporting cross-functional workflows
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce integration and development
- Strong experience with Salesforce, including developing custom components and pages and proven experience with Salesforce integrations
- Good understanding of the overall sales flow in an organization
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and security principles
- Expertise in Salesforce data management, including data import/export, integration, and migration strategies
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- User Training & Adoption – Conduct training sessions or office hours to help employees use Salesforce effectively.
- System Upgrades & New Features – Stay informed about Salesforce updates and implement new functionality.
- Advanced Data & Analytics – Assist leadership with complex data analysis related to space project financing, customer contracts, or mission planning.
