What is the role? 

Аs a dynamic Communications Specialist you will be responsible for owning and managing our communications calendar, ensuring effective delivery across social media, media relations, internal communications, and maintaining our website. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current social media trends, excellent communication skills, and substantial experience in media relations.

Your daily tasks will be related to:

- PR and Media Monitoring:

• Write, distribute, and track press releases
• Proactively reach out to target publications to secure press coverage
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media contacts

- B2B Social Media Management:

• Create engaging copy for LinkedIn and other B2B social media platforms
• Manage and maintain the social media calendar and communications
• Stay updated on LinkedIn and B2B social media trends, and incorporate them into our strategy

- Internal Communications:

• Deliver engaging messages to keep our colleagues informed and aligned
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging

- Website Management:

• Keep the website up to date, including the news section, working in collaboration with our development teams
• Develop, edit, and publish case studies to showcase company successes and projects on the website

What do we look for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in social media management, media relations, and communications
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Ability to deliver captivating messages with a creative approach
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with media monitoring tools and website management is a plus

How to stand out? 

• Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress
• Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
