What is the role?

As a talented and versatile Multimedia Designer, you will play a key role in creating high-quality videos, photos, and edited visual content to support our marketing, branding, educational, and product development efforts. While video production and photography are the primary focus of this role, proficiency in motion design, particularly 2D, will be a secondary advantage. You will collaborate closely with various teams to produce impactful visual materials that enhance our company's market positioning and storytelling.

Some of your daily tasks will include:

• Capture and produce high-quality videos and photos for various projects, including marketing campaigns, product showcases, educational content, and in-house corporate videos
• Edit and enhance videos and images, ensuring a polished final product that aligns with the company’s brand and marketing strategy
• Collaborate with the marketing, product, and engineering teams to conceptualize and create visual assets that effectively communicate EnduroSat's key messages and concepts
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual content
• Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and tools in videography, photography, editing, and social media content creation to continuously improve the quality of our visual output
• Support motion design efforts when needed, creating 2D animations and motion graphics to complement visual projects. 3D design experience is a strong plus but not required
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and mileston

What do we look for?

• A degree in multimedia design, visual arts, graphic design, or a related field is a plus
• Proven experience in videography, photography, and video editing with a strong portfolio showcasing your creativity, technical skills, and versatility
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Experience in photo editing using tools like Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom
• Skills in motion graphics and 2D animation using tools like Adobe After Effects (3D animation skills are a plus)
• Solid understanding of design principles, visual composition, and color theory
• Familiarity with social media platforms and creating visual content tailored for them
• A proactive attitude and ability to work independently, while also collaborating effectively with teams
