What is the role?

The Junior Strategic Partnership Coordinator supports the operational backbone of EnduroSat’s strategic partnership ecosystem. This role focuses on internal coordination, technical alignment, process oversight, and administrative management of partnership and supplier agreements. The role requires strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities to ensure partnership structures align with EnduroSat’s long term business objectives. 

Some of your daily tasks will include:

  • Coordinate all new and existing agreements internally across engineering, mission, payload, procurement, product, and sales teams
  • Ensure technical teams review and validate partnership scope, payload-related requirements, feasibility, and responsibilities
  • Manage internal approval loops and maintain strong cross-functional alignment
  • Maintain a repository of all partnership documents related to product, pricing, technical integration, and marketing
  • Keep CRM and partnership dashboards updated and accurate
  • Ensure proper version control and compliance with internal documentation standards
  • Support quarterly and bi yearly partner review cycles
  • Track partner performance indicators, deliverables, and contractual obligations
  • Provide summaries, follow-up reminders, and ensure timely closure of action points
  • Gather technical inputs and convert them into structured, clear agreement requirements
  • Work closely with our procurement team, especially on technical supplier agreements
  • Support marketing teams by tracking and coordinating co marketing deliverables
  • Maintain the internal "single source of truth" for partnerships
  • Identify process slowdowns or bottlenecks and propose workable improvements
  • Ensure internal alignment and compliance with all partnership-related obligations

What do we look for?

  • Strategic Thinking & Analysis - Ability to interpret data, understand business impact, and contribute to strategic decision-making
  • 2 +years of experience in a large global strategy consulting firm
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management
  • CRM and document-management system experience
  • Basic understanding of spacecraft, payload, and mission concepts (aerospace/engineering background is a strong plus)
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly technical environment
