What is the role?

We’re looking for a Mechanical Engineer who will be responsible for the continuous development of new and improve existing components, and mechanisms as well as the overall structural construction of CubeSats /Nanosats. 
 
Some of your daily tasks will include:
  • Design and development of mechanical systems for Cubesats / Nanosats. 
  • Participation in creating of technical documentation (3D models, 2D drawings, product specifications, etc.). 
  • Responsible for meeting deadlines for the execution of projects from early design to production of first prototype units, testing, assembly, testing, and analysis of the prototype set. 
  • Participation in the creation of instructions, manuals, magazine articles, research articles, and/or other supporting documents for the transmission of technical information related to the activity, as well as personal tasks. 
What do we look for? 
  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, and Space Engineering 
  • 5+ years of experience with 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, SolidWorks-FEA, ANSYS) 
  • 5+ years of practical experience in managing the design and development of mechanical components or systems
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Exceptional knowledge of the preparation/creation of technical documentation
