What is the role?

As a highly organized and proactive Logistics Specialist, you will coordinate end-to-end shipment execution and documentation across import, export, and domestic flows. You will monitor shipments, liaise with couriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers, and ensure all records are accurate and compliant. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Warehouse/Packaging, and Finance, to keep orders moving on time and in full.

Some of your daily tasks will include:

  • Monitor all shipments and respond promptly to requests from couriers and forwarders
  • Prepare, review, and distribute shipping documentation (BOL/AWB, invoices, packing lists, certificates, etc.)
  • Advise the packaging team on specific requirements and limitations (labeling, dangerous goods, temperature control, dimensions/weight)
  • Assign tracking numbers and distribute tracking links and load lists to sales representatives, keep stakeholders informed
  • Provide inputs to customs brokers for import/export declarations, verify HS codes, values, and Incoterms
  • Maintain and archive all logistics and customs documents (digital and physical) in line with company policy
  • Resolve operational issues and provide clear instructions to shippers, carriers, and brokers
  • Safeguard entrusted company property and follow internal labor rules and health and safety policies
  • Support other logistics-related or special tasks assigned by the C-level management within your competencies

What do we look for?

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Transport and Logistics (or a related field)
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar logistics, freight, or international trade role
  • Fluent written and spoken English; a second foreign language is an advantage
  • Hands-on experience preparing or coordinating customs declarations and working with customs brokers
  • Excellent knowledge of standard shipping terms (Incoterms) and import/export procedures
  • Solid understanding of harmonized tariff (HS) codes with strong focus on accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP/WMS/TMS and shipment-tracking platforms is a plus
  • Outstanding attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, proven problem-solving and negotiation abilities
  • High level of professionalism and integrity, with an appreciation for the importance of last-mile delivery
