What is the role?
Strategic Partnership Manager will work on developing and expanding relationships with key payload, technology, and mission partners across the global space ecosystem. The role focuses on identifying strategic opportunities, coordinating cross functional alignment, and enabling long term partnerships that directly support EnduroSat’s
Some of your daily tasks will include:
- Support the identification and nurturing of relationships with strategic partners across EO, SAR, RF, PNT, Broadband, and D2D domains
- Assist in building long‑term partnership structures that align with EnduroSat’s mission and product roadmap
- Support the identification and nurturing of relationships with strategic partners across EO, SAR, RF, PNT, Broadband, and D2D domains.
- Assist in building long term partnership structures that align with EnduroSat’s mission and product roadmap
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support co selling, co marketing, or joint development initiatives
- Ensure structured and clear alignment between supplier contributions and EnduroSat’s go to market strategy
- Collaborate with technical, procurement, sales, and mission teams to support partnership execution
- Provide structured inputs for technical reviews, supplier assessments, and internal approval loops
- Monitor competitive and technology trends in the global space ecosystem
- Prepare strategic briefs, opportunity assessments, and partnership performance insights
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in a global strategy consulting firm within the space or aerospace practice
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical capability, and structured problem solving
- Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills
- Ability to work with technical and commercial teams in a fast paced environment
- Understanding of satellite industry fundamentals (payloads, mission concepts, or space systems) is a strong advantage

Salary range: $ 100,000 - $130,000 per year. The District of Columbia requires listing salary details. The salary will likely be within this range although it may differ based on experience level or other factors.
