What is the role?
We are growing our commercial team and looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR). As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in generating and qualifying leads, building relationships, and setting the stage for sales success.

Some of your daily tasks will include:

  • Research and identify potential customers across the commercial space landscape
  • Develop and execute outreach campaigns via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate qualified meetings for the Commercial Team.
  • Qualify inbound leads and inquiries, determining their potential and suitability for further engagement
  • Engage prospects to understand their mission needs, technical requirements, and decision-making processes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in the CRM system and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients
  • Track KPIs such as outreach activity, conversion rates, and opportunity progression
  • Assist with developing presentation decks, proposals, and sales operations as needed
  • Stay current on satellite market trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape

What do you need?

  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role, ideally in a B2B environment
  • Motivation and interest in the space industry and satellite technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable initiating conversations with technical and executive-level contacts
  • Ability to translate complex technical ideas into clear value propositions
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership
  • Experience with CRM tools is a plus
  • Background in aerospace, engineering, or related industries is a bonus, but not required
