What is the role?

As an In-House Corporate Counsel, you will be instrumental in safeguarding EnduroSat's corporate interests, navigating complex investment landscapes, and ensuring robust corporate governance across our international operations. Working closely with our C-level leadership, you will provide critical legal counsel on all corporate, financial, and investment-related matters, contributing directly to our rapid growth and strategic objectives.

Some of your daily tasks will include:

• Support of board and shareholders meetings including corporate secretarial work in multiple jurisdictions
• Work closely with C level leadership during negotiations of closing of investments rounds
• Draft, modify and negotiate related corporate documents such as but not limited to SHA, Investment agreements etc.
• Support Chief Investment Officer and Chief Financial Officer on the legal aspects of complex financial matters
• Implement and maintain good corporate governance practices
• Manage the communication, work assignment to external consultants in specific jurisdictions and oversee the respective costs

What Do We Look For?

• Master’s degree in Law 
• At least 10 years of proven experience in:
  • Handling corporate matters across multiple jurisdictions (EU/US)
  • Working within multinational corporate organizations or international consulting firms – big 4 or similar
  • Managing complex shareholding structures
  • Working with or for Venture Capital or Private Equity funds
• Fluent English (written and verbal)
