What is the role?
As an In-House Corporate Counsel, you will be instrumental in safeguarding EnduroSat's corporate interests, navigating complex investment landscapes, and ensuring robust corporate governance across our international operations. Working closely with our C-level leadership, you will provide critical legal counsel on all corporate, financial, and investment-related matters, contributing directly to our rapid growth and strategic objectives.
Some of your daily tasks will include:
- Support of board and shareholders meetings including corporate secretarial work in multiple jurisdictions
- Work closely with C level leadership during negotiations of closing of investments rounds
- Draft, modify and negotiate related corporate documents such as but not limited to SHA, Investment agreements etc.
- Support Chief Investment Officer and Chief Financial Officer on the legal aspects of complex financial matters
- Implement and maintain good corporate governance practices
- Manage the communication, work assignment to external consultants in specific jurisdictions and oversee the respective costs
What Do We Look For?
- Master’s degree in Law
- At least 10 years of proven experience in:
- Handling corporate matters across multiple jurisdictions (EU/US)
- Working within multinational corporate organizations or international consulting firms – big 4 or similar
- Managing complex shareholding structures
- Working with or for Venture Capital or Private Equity funds
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
