What is the role?

We’re looking for a Salesforce Lead who’s ready to go beyond tickets and dashboards - someone who wants to build systems that scale, solve real challenges, and enable teams across the company to thrive. As a Salesforce Developer you will be responsible for integrating, developing, and maintaining custom applications on the Salesforce platform and integrating Salesforce applications with other systems at a company level. You will work closely with business stakeholders from our sales and technical teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions that drive business success. 

Some of your daily tasks will include:

• Manage: own the relationship with our Salesforce integration partner – create & monitor closure of support tickets with the integration partner
• Integrate & Elevate: create & maintain seamless integration between Salesforce and Microsoft / Atlassian infrastructure & other productivity tools
• Automate: create and maintain proper functioning of Approval Processes & Lightning Flows, work together with the Sales Operations lead to streamline & automate business processes
• Optimize: Identify areas where Salesforce configuration can be improved to enhance productivity and efficiency modify page layouts, fields, or record types to optimize user experience
• AI: work together with Salesforce.com AE to leverage the use of Salesforce Agentforce within EnduroSat
• Act as a leader be pro-active, take initiative and propose solutions
