What is the role?
The HR Generalist Alternant will be a key operational support for EnduroSat's French subsidiary, working closely with our local CEO and the Global People & Culture team. This hands-on role offers exposure to the full employee lifecycle in a highly regulated French labor law environment. You will be responsible for executing critical HR processes from onboarding international talent to managing payroll coordination, ensuring compliance, and supporting employee relations. This is an exceptional opportunity to build foundational HR expertise in a fast-paced, international space-tech company.
Some of your daily tasks will include:
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Execute end-to-end onboarding processes for new hires, including contract preparation, DPAE declarations, health insurance (mutuelle) registration, occupational health enrollment, and equipment coordination
- Coordinate offboarding processes including exit interviews, asset recovery, and final document preparation
Payroll Coordination & Administration
- Collect and process monthly payroll variables
- Maintain accurate employee data synchronization between our HRIS and external payroll provider
- Ensure compliance with French payroll regulations and statutory deadlines
Compliance & Legal Requirements
- Maintain and update mandatory French registers
- Track and manage probation period alerts, contract renewals, and legal notice periods
- Coordinate occupational health medical visits (VIP) and follow-ups
- Ensure data accuracy and the optimization of our processes
HR Operations & Employee Support
- Serve as first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures specific to France
- Support the annual performance review cycle and quarterly reviews
- Assist with leave management and ensure accurate tracking
- Maintain HR documentation up to date
CSE
- Organize the setup and ongoing administration of the CSE
- Manage the CSE election processes, meeting coordination, and budget administration
- Ensure compliance with employee representative consultation requirements
Cross-Site Collaboration
- Work closely with the Global People & Culture team to align HR processes between EnduroSat offices
- Support international mobility and business trip tracking for French employees
What do we look for?
Education & Status
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master's program (Bac+3/5) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Law, or related field
- Eligible for a French "contrat d'alternance"
- Previous work experience in the HR field
Experience & Skills
- Strong interest in HR operations and French labor law
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus
- Fluency in French (native or C2 level)
- English proficiency (C1 minimum) for international collaboration
