What is the role?
You will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of satellite missions and constellations, from conception to execution, ensuring the successful delivery of our programs. This includes managing the relationship with the customer and driving internal teams and external suppliers by setting objectives and milestones.
Some of your daily tasks will include:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of individual satellite missions and constellation programs, from initial concept through development, AIT, launch, deployment, and operation
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, operations, and external partners to define mission/program objectives, requirements, and milestones
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against goals to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of programs
- Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle to address technical, operational, and external challenges
- Coordinate communication and information flow between internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to facilitate collaboration and alignment on mission objectives and requirements
- Oversee mission and program documentation, including requirements specifications, technical designs, test plans, and post-mission reports both internally and to customers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for mission-related inquiries, providing timely updates and status reports to stakeholders and senior management

- A Master's degree in Engineering (preferably Aerospace)
- Minimum 5 years experience in the industry
- Experience with complex project management
