What is the role?

Senior Legal & Compliance Counsel, you will support EnduroSat's commercial goals by partnering with the commercial team, drafting and negotiating contracts, and preparing key legal documents. You'll provide legal advice across various company functions, ensuring compliance with regulations in Export Control, Telecommunications, and Space. Working closely with the Chief of Legal & Regulatory Compliance, you'll help ensure all business activities meet legal standards and collaborate with administrative regulators.

Some of your daily tasks will include:

• Partner with our commercial department to accelerate delivering its strategic objectives
• Advise on, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts
• Prepare the necessary legal documents for the core business of the EnduroSat (agreements, applications, statements, etc.)
• Provide legal advice to all relevant aspects of the company and its subsidiaries
• Analyse the impact of external factors in terms of legal compliance regulations in the fields of Export Control, Telecommunications, and Space
• Work closely with and report to the Chief of Legal Regulatory Compliance, to better assess applicable requirements and to ensure that EnduroSat’s business activity is carried out in full compliance therewith
• Work in close cooperation and communication with administrative (national and international) regulators

What do we look for?

• Master’s degree in law
• Minimum relevant professional experience in a corporate environment of more than 5 years
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to comprehend how new regulations will impact EnduroSat’s products and services
• Outstanding analytical, prioritizing, problem-solving and planning skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to the delegated tasks and responsibilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fluid, fast-paced environment and meet deadlines ability to work independently but within one strong team
• Desire to learn, grow, and stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in the Telecommunications and Space sectors.
• Experience in one or more of the following sectors—IT, Telecommunications, Aerospace, Military, or export control procedures/regulations—would be a significant advantage for the role.
