What is the role?

We are looking for a highly ambitious Sales Operations Specialist with experience in Salesforce.com (SFDC) to join our fast-growing space services organization. This position is the key pivot between our global sales team and various functions at our Sofia headquarters, ensuring seamless integration, operations, data-driven decision-making, and process optimization. This role is a stepping stone to a commercial or leadership position within our rapidly expanding space services organization. 

Some of your daily tasks will include:

  • Support and optimize sales operations, leveraging Salesforce.com to drive efficiency and insights
  • Act as the central link between sales, finance, marketing, and operations to streamline workflows
  • Ensure accurate reporting, pipeline management, and forecasting to support commercial success
  • Continuously improve sales processes and implement best practices for scalability
  • Assist in strategic projects, contributing to the growth of our space services business
