As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in implementing and managing continuous integration and delivery pipelines for satellite software projects. You will collaborate with software development teams to automate infrastructure provisioning and deployments, ensuring system reliability, scalability, and security. You will also utilize infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform for efficient management of our satellite systems while monitoring and optimizing our performance metrics.

Some of your daily tasks will include:

• Take care of our Gitlab infrastructure (upgrade, troubleshoot, tune)
• Work with our  Cloud, Embedded, and QA teams to ease the build, automatization, and deployment processes
• Maintain and optimize the Cloud and Container environments
• Prepare CI pipelines for requested projects
• Optimize the running systems and services following the latest technology standards
• Keep clear documentation about the processes

What do we look for? 

• Proficiency in Terraform for automation of infrastructure provisioning and management
• Strong skills in Python, Bash, and YAML scripting to automate infrastructure tasks
• Experience with GitLab components like runners, registries, and repositories
• Linux administration expertise
• Experience with Docker containers and efficient deployment processes
• Understanding of build cycles and branching strategies, CМake and Maven compilers, Kubernetes (Helm, HA cluster, SM cluster, pod networking, etc.) are considered advantageous
