What is the role?

EnduroSat is a fast-growing space technology company headquartered in Sofia, with six additional offices around the world and 350+ employees, part of which regularly travel between locations, to international expos, and to client sites. We're looking for an Internal Travel Agent to take full ownership of how our people move around the globe.

In this role, you will select and implement a flight and hotel booking system tailored to our company's needs, and become the go-to person for all things travel at EnduroSat. You'll balance cost efficiency, employee comfort, and speed, making sure that every trip  whether it's a same-week client visit or a planned international expo is booked smoothly and stress-free.

Some of your daily tasks will include:

• Booking and managing flights, hotels, and ground transportation for employees traveling between offices, to client sites, and to international expos
• Setting up and maintaining an internal travel booking system and process, including vendor selection and negotiation
• Acting as the main point of contact for all travel-related requests, changes, and emergencies
• Tracking travel budgets and expenses, and identifying opportunities for cost savings
• Ensuring compliance with visa, insurance, and travel policy requirements across different countries

What do we look for?

• At least 3 years of experience as a travel agent, ideally from a travel agency background
• Strong knowledge of flight and hotel booking systems/platforms 
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple bookings and last-minute changes simultaneously
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset

How to stand out?

• Experience setting up or managing a corporate internal travel program from scratch
• Familiarity with visa and travel documentation requirements for multiple countries
• Experience negotiating rates and contracts with airlines, hotels, or travel vendors
• Background supporting travel for tech, engineering, or expo-heavy industries
