What is the role?

As a dynamic Communications Lead, you will own and manage our communications, ensure effective delivery across social media, media relations, and internal communications, and maintain relevant information with all stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in writing scientifically correct articles and messages, a deep understanding of current social media trends, excellent communication skills, and substantial experience in media relations.

Your daily tasks will be related to:

• Write, distribute, and track press releases
• Proactively reach out to target publications to secure press coverage
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media contacts

• Create engaging copy for LinkedIn and other B2B social media platforms
• Manage and maintain the social media calendar and communications
• Stay updated on LinkedIn and B2B social media trends, and incorporate them into our strategy

• Deliver engaging messages to keep our colleagues informed and aligned
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging

• Keep the website news up-to-date, including the news section, working in collaboration with our development teams
• Develop, edit, and publish case studies to showcase company successes and projects on the website

What do we look for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering or Tech or Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing
• Proven track record in social media channels management, media relations, and communications. We want to see what you are most proud of in all these fields!
• Excellent writing and editing skills. Share with us your most successful tech/science articles!
• Ability to deliver captivating messages with a creative approach
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends. If you’ve managed a LinkedIn page, send us a preview
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail
• Experience with media monitoring tools and website management is a plus

How to stand out? 

• Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress
• Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
